Text messaging program terms

Program description

Ironwood Growth sends text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include appointment and scheduling notices, service updates, responses to inquiries, and marketing communications where consent has been given.

How to opt in

You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our site, by providing it during a conversation and agreeing to receive messages, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Supported carriers

Our messaging program is supported by major United States wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our services to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, and code, are owned by Ironwood Growth LLC and protected by applicable law. Ownership of work product created for a client is governed by the written agreement covering that engagement.
